The sign was replaced, sky and other buildings were added, All railings and trims were painted gold instead of green, Fake lighting was also hand painted in using Photoshop. I also gave the lighting a diffuse glare to look more like ambiant light. Also the killer part of this shot was the dam Pigeon in the right hand side that flys across the roof tops. that was fun to roto.
